We are seeking a motivated and detail‑focused professional to support key organisational processes including inspections, risk management, strategic planning, business cases and continuous improvement activity. Your work will directly improve organisational effectiveness, resource use, productivity and service quality by supporting external scrutiny, strengthening risk management and driving continuous improvement.

Skills, experience and qualifications required:
- Experience of continuous improvement activity including planning, risk management, problem solving, performance monitoring and analysis, project and programme management and change management.
- Computer literacy skills – particularly experience with management information/diagnostic tools and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Self‑management and self‑motivation with a track record of consistently meeting deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and practitioners both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, capable of engaging at all organisational levels.
- Current driving licence or alternative transport options are advantageous.
- Experience within a criminal justice or wider public sector environment is desirable.
