Our client is a creative marketing consultancy specialising in real estate, delivering services including Customer Experience, Digital, Placemaking, Marketing and Communications.

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Director to join their dynamic team and lead the Client Service function. This is a pivotal role, where you’ll shape client strategy, inspire your team, and deliver a best-in‑class experience for some of the most exciting brands in property and placemaking.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Champion client needs within the agency and oversee strategic account plans.
  • Lead and mentor the Client Service team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Represent at industry events and support new business pitches.

  • Experience: 8+ years in agency and client management, with a proven track record of client satisfaction and team leadership.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of property, placemaking, and the role of marketing in driving growth.
