About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an information officer to ensure Live Well B&NES provides a range of accessible, accurate and timely information and signposting for families and parent carers of children with additional needs. The role involves conducting basic research, using initiative and collaborating with colleagues, external partners and the third sector.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Live Well B&NES provides accessible, accurate and timely information and signposting for families and parent carers of children with additional needs.
- Conduct basic research to keep information up to date.
- Use initiative to identify information gaps and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues, external partners and third sector organizations.
Qualifications
- Excellent IT skills.
- Confident communication skills.
- Web editing skills.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Experience in conducting basic research.
- Experience collaborating with colleagues, external partners and third sector.
