Senior IT Engineer: Infra and 2nd/3rd Line Support

Redsquid is seeking a Senior IT Engineer in Glasgow to act as an escalation point for technical support. You will provide support for servers across different customers, manage tickets, and mentor junior staff.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in IT support, especially with Windows Server, virtual environments, and strong communication skills. Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science or equivalent certifications are preferred.
