An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join a growing, forward-thinking legal team. This is a varied role offering high-quality work, real responsibility, and clear progression.
The Role
- Handle a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters
- Work on M&A transactions, restructures, and joint ventures
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and key agreements
- Build strong client relationships and provide strategic advice
- Support business development and collaborate across teams
About You
- 3-5 years’ PQE in corporate/commercial law
- Strong M&A and contract drafting experience
- Commercial, pragmatic, and client-focused
- Confident managing your own caseload
