Phase1–Feasibility&StrategicPlanning(Approx.3Months)
You’llleadthediscoveryandplanningphase,developingthecommercialandoperationalfoundationsfortheproposedin-housetravelmodel,including:
- BuildingthebusinesscaseandP&L
- Forecastingandcommercialanalysis
- Designingorganisationalstructures
- Creatingtheproductandtechnologyroadmap
- Projectplanningandimplementationstrategy
- Evaluatingoperationalandsuppliermodels
Phase2–Build&Implementation(Approx.3+Months)
Followingapprovalofthefeasibilitystudy,you’lltaketheleadonbringingthevisiontolifeby:
- Buildinganin-houseTravelManagementCompanyfromthegroundup
- LeadingsupplierRFPandcontractnegotiations
- Hiringandstructuringkeyteams
- DesigningscalablebusinessprocessesandSOPs
- Drivingoperationalsetupanddelivery
- Managingimplementationacrosstechnology,suppliersandoperations
