Sales Executive – Mercedes Benz

LSH Auto is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our new and used cars.

Hours: 40

Salary £27,010 plus Uncapped bonus OTE £60,000, plus company car

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in their purchase journey, providing product information and guidance
• Conduct test drives and explain the features and benefits of the vehicles
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in electric vehicles and communicate them to customers
• Support the Sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth sales process

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer‑facing role is preferred
• Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong product knowledge and ability to explain technical information to customers
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
• A valid driver’s license
