Purpose of the Role

As Customer Services Manager you will work from our Warrington office in the Products and Surfacing Team. You will lead the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experience for internal and external customers through enquiry handling, complaints, service requests, pricing administration and invoicing.

Responsibilities

As Customer Service Manager you will lead the customer service team, ensure pricing and invoicing accuracy, improve customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement. You will deal with customer enquiries, complaints, order support and resolution and manage pricing creation, updates, governance, and system accuracy. The role also provides support to the Sales and Operations teams by planning processes and collaborating with the logistics team to maximise fleet efficiency while delivering to customer KPIs.

Qualifications

As Customer Services Manager you will have customer service leadership experience and an understanding of pricing and invoicing. You will have used CRM/ERP systems and be a strong communicator.

Package Description

  • A salary of £28,000 – £35,000
