Personal Requirements
- Ideally background, knowledge and experience in the glass systems industry, including windows, bifold doors, and glazing systems
- Proven ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities through client visits, network and trade events
- Strong understanding of the construction and housing or built environment sectors, with the ability to align technical requirements with estimating and project teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry experience in the construction or built environment / House building sectors
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a diverse network of clients and partners
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs
