Altrincham£25,000 – £30,000 basic salaryUncapped commissionRealistic OTE £45,000 – £50,000Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join a growing business operating within the renewable energy sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, generating opportunities and being rewarded for performance within a fast-paced and expanding industry.

You’ll be responsible for outbound B2B cold calling, introducing renewable energy solutions to businesses across the UK and booking qualified appointments for the field-based Business Development Managers to attend site surveys and consultations.

The Role

  • Outbound B2B cold calling
  • Booking appointments for the field-based BDM team
  • Generating leads and identifying opportunities
  • Building rapport with business owners and decision makers
  • Updating CRM systems and managing pipelines
  • Working closely with the wider sales and operations team
  • Supporting continued business growth within the commercial renewable energy sector

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales, telesales, appointment setting or lead generation experience
  • Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner
  • Motivated by targets and earning commission
  • Energetic, driven and ambitious attitude
  • Strong work ethic and resilience
  • Experience within energy, renewables, construction or B2B sales would be advantageous but not essential
