Operations Associate

We are currently working with a dynamic, top-tier Investment Manager who is looking for an Operations Associate to join their London office.

The Operations Associate will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Oversight and support for all third party and outsourced processes.
• NAV reconciliation in addition to regulatory reporting.
• Act as a point of contact for administrators, custodians, auditors and other third party providers.
• Oversee benchmarking for fund ranges as well as supervising operational risk framework.

The Operations Associate will meet the following skillset:

• Minimum 1 year experience in an operations role within Investment Management or wider Financial Services.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Client-focused outlook is essential.
