Warehouse Team Leader

Our client based in Hatfield is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader.

The team leader will be responsible for all warehouse functions and leading a team of 5 warehouse operatives.

Warehouse Team Leader Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with warehouse operations
• Oversee daily order consolidation and dispatch readiness.
• Coordinate with the warehouse manager on goods out and same-day deliveries.
• Oversee all daily collections.
• Conduct daily HSE and housekeeping walkarounds.
• Perform spot checks and maintain pick face accuracy.
• Carry out last minute order amendments & customer requests.
• Providing KPI information to the warehouse manager.
• Support team members with warehouse functions.

Warehouse Team Leader What we’re looking for

• Warehousing experience
• Counterbalance and Reach truck License (Preferred but not required)
• Able to Work under pressure.
• Strong Numeracy Skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, team-first mindset
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Additional Information

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 08:30am – 17:30pm

Salary: £28,100 Per Year
