Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help us expand into untapped markets and connect with businesses that can benefit from our expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and client acquisition.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in IT consulting and current in-house project development services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their technology needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion of leads.
• Represent the company at networking events, business shows, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and services.
• Provide insights and feedback to leadership regarding market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record of 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management within the IT or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of IT consulting and product development services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
