Lead Clinical Pharmacist – FTC

We’re looking for a Lead Clinical Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team at The Harley Street Clinic, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. What You’ll Do

  • Lead, develop and monitor the delivery of high‑quality clinical pharmacy services across multiple specialist areas
  • Manage and support a team of clinical pharmacists working with complex and high‑acuity patients
  • Drive service development, governance, audit activity and performance monitoring against KPIs
  • Contribute to and lead Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) within the department
  • Provide education, training and mentorship to pharmacy and technical staff

What You’ll Bring

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy (or equivalent) and a postgraduate diploma
  • Current registration as a pharmacist with the GPhC
  • Independent Prescriber qualification
  • Specialist clinical experience within critical care and/or cardiology services
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of pharmacists
