Senior Full Stack Engineer | TypeScript, Node.js & React | Salary £58-68k | Hybrid (one day a week in Bristol)
I’ve got an amazing opportunity for a Mid-Senior Engineer to join a sustainability tech company based in Bristol.
I’m excited about this role as it offers the ability to have a direct and tangible impact on the environment through product development and technical leadership.
My client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise across TypeScript, Node.js, React & AWS, developing a core range of products to increase impact on the environment. The role is senior, but suitable for experienced Mid-Level Engineers close to Senior status, or an existing Senior Engineer.
You’ll be able to manage projects end-to-end and choose the right approach to solve problems. They value candidates who care about the user and have experience in product-focused startup teams.
What you’ll need
- A strong background in full stack TypeScript development
- Deep commercial experience of TypeScript, Node.js & React
- Ideally strong cloud experience with AWS
- A passion for improving the environment and driving sustainability forward
- Experience working in a startup environment with the flexibility to create innovative solutions
- A highly user-centric approach and ability to consider the best solution for the user
- Willingness to come into a central Bristol office at least once a week
- Either a highly experienced Mid verging on Senior or an existing Senior level engineer
- The ability to take the technical lead on projects
