Clinical Nurse Adviser – Leeds

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Advisor to support patients and healthcare professionals as part of our Homecare Programme. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll provide education, clinical support, and patient care to adult/paediatric patients.

• Deliver clinical care in accordance with service protocols, through both face-to-face and virtual consultations.
• Provide education and clinical support to patients, families, and carers regarding treatment plans.
• Conduct service audits and offer feedback to enhance patient care quality.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
• Monitor and report adverse events and clinical incidents in line with company policies.
• Ensure proper maintenance and management of clinical equipment and materials.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing to the sharing of best practices for service improvement.
• Stay informed on company policies, compliance standards, and professional development opportunities.
