As our business looks todeliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a ChemicalRegulatory Manager to join our Product Safety and RegulatoryAffairs (PSRA) team. This team provides critical operationalsupport to ensure continued compliance with chemical regulations across theEMEA region enabling our products to be placed on the market in line withregulatory requirements and also empowering our wider organisation withknowledge to support this. You will lead the development and implementation ofchemical compliance mechanisms, ensuring effective systems, processes, andstandards are in place to support the business and supporting a team to helpyou deliver this.

  • Degree-qualified in a scientific discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science) or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of chemical regulations (e.g. REACH/UK REACH, CLP/GHS, SDS, PCN/Annex VIII)
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance within the chemical or related industry
  • Experience managing or leading teams and delivering through others
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, both internally and externally
  • Intellectually curious, with a strong continuous improvement mindset, bringing new ways of thinking to optimise processes, systems and regulatory problem solving
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory topics into clear business guidance
  • Experience with SAP EHS or similar regulatory/document management systems is desirable

What You’ll Be Doing:

Be part of a function that sits at the heartof enabling Croda’s innovation and commercial success, where your expertisewill directly shape how we operate in complex regulatory environments.

  • Leadingregional chemical regulatory compliance, ensuring products meet allrelevant regulatory requirements
  • Monitoringregulatory developments (e.g. REACH, CLP/GHS) and translating them intoclear business positions and actions
  • RepresentingCroda in industry forums, trade associations, and external regulatorydiscussions
  • Acting as atechnical authority, providing expert guidance to internal stakeholdersand customers
  • Establishingand maintaining robust compliance standards, processes, and systems
  • Managingand continuously improving regulatory systems to ensure they remain fitfor purpose
  • Leading anddeveloping a team of Product Safety Advisors, ensuring delivery to keymilestones and supporting their development
  • Drivingcollaboration across global PSRA teams to ensure consistency and alignmentin compliance approaches
