The Opportunity
We are looking for a New Business Development Manager to focus exclusively on the US robotics and automation market. This is a pure sales role centred on winning new business, opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities in a highly active, job-driven market.
You’ll partner closely with an experienced 180 recruiter who will deliver on the roles you win, allowing you to focus entirely on sales and revenue generation. While this role does not initially include team management, there is clear progression to build and lead your own team as the division grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new business across the US robotics and automation market
- Build and develop client relationships from scratch
- Identify and convert opportunities through proactive outreach and market engagement
- Work closely with a dedicated 180 recruiter to deliver on roles won
- Represent Auxo Frontier in the market and build brand presence
- Contribute to the growth strategy of the Frontier division
- Stay aligned with market trends across robotics, automation, and emerging tech
About You
- Proven track record in recruitment sales, with a strong focus on new business, or a 180-recruiter looking to step into a sales role
- Background in robotics, technology, AI, or US engineering markets is highly advantageous
- Highly driven, commercial, and motivated by winning
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willing to work US hours multiple days per week
