As a BDM, You’ll Be Trusted Early To

  • Speak directly with businesses
  • Identify real opportunities

You won’t just “generate leads” — you’ll own the front end of deals and play a visible part in closing them.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to businesses and starting meaningful conversations
  • Identifying challenges around IT, cloud, and cybersecurity
  • Qualifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Managing your own pipeline of prospects
  • Booking and leading discovery calls with decision-makers
  • Working alongside senior sales and technical teams to move deals forward

Full training provided

You’ll go through a structured 6‑month programme covering:

  • Sales fundamentals (done properly)
  • Live coaching and call feedback
  • Technology and market understanding
  • How to handle objections and close conversations
