Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Procurement professional to take on a high-impact, fractional interim role, 2 days per week. You will operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment, leading strategic negotiations with Microsoft and driving commercial value across IT spend.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations with Microsoft, including licensing and enterprise agreements
- Identify and leverage key commercial drivers to achieve cost savings and improved contract terms
- Provide expert guidance on IT procurement strategy, supplier engagement, and negotiation approach
- Challenge existing agreements and identify opportunities for optimisation and value creation
- Work independently with minimal oversight, delivering results at pace
Key Requirements
- Extensive and recent experience in IT procurement, specifically with Microsoft agreements
- Deep understanding of licensing models, commercial constructs, and negotiation levers
- Proven track record of delivering commercially advantageous outcomes
- Ability to operate in a highly autonomous, fast-paced environment
