Services Lead – Supplier Operations and Assurance

Services Lead – Supplier Operations and Assurance, sits within our Services division. The role is instrumental in managing the performance of key supplier partners at Heathrow and ensuring standards, KPIs and SLA’s are met and that the service standards in the operation are met.

Candidates need to be strong communicators, be able to effectively convey business requirements and push for adherence to standards and services.

This is also a contract management role, candidates should be comfortable with leading on discussions and comfortable with data. A key aspect of this role is also to be the interface between our Service Partners and Procurement.
