Electrical Supervisor

Overview

Brookfield M&E is seeking a QA Electrical Supervisor for a large residential project of 300 units and commercial space in Bracknell. The role reports to senior Mechanical & Electrical Project Managers and Supervisors and involves overseeing quality processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement the company’s quality processes and ensure work meets high standards.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Provide written QC reports.
• Prepare technical submittals.
• Assist PMs and Supervisors with quality matters.
• Create, update, and maintain the project submittal log and other quality control reports.
• Maintain QA procedures on site and keep all relevant records, files and reports for inspection.
• Attend preconstruction meetings and assist QC Manager with quality issues.
• Assist Project Team with QA questions.
• Maintain continuous reporting to the Project Manager.
• Prepare and track all RFIs.
• Use software such as BIM 360 / Fieldview.
• Snag the installation during scheduled walkdowns and observations.
• Compile snag list / sign off.
• Ensure accuracy of packs before client handover.
• Prepare reports for management on quality issues.
• Conduct quality walk-arounds with teams.
• Read and interpret electrical & mechanical drawings, specifications, and regulations.

Qualifications

We look for candidates who have demonstrated commitment and have worked on projects from start to finish, as this is a 2-year program.

Compensation

Day rate of £280 – £300.
