They are now looking to appoint an experienced and detail-driven IMEX / Customs / Trade Compliance Manager who will take ownership of all customs, import/export and regulatory compliance activities across the business. This is a great role for someone with strong technical knowledge of UK and EU trade regulations who enjoys improving processes, reducing risk, and acting as the go-to compliance expert within a fast-paced operational environment. As the IMEX and Customs Compliance Manager, you will be getting involved in: Oversee UK & EU import/export compliance, including HMRC and EU Customs Code. Manage HS classification, customs valuation, country of origin, and duty relief schemes. Ensure effective broker management and high-quality import/export declarations. Lead export controls compliance (dual-use, sanctions, licence applications). Maintain policies, SOPs, and conduct internal audits and risk assessments. Significant experience in trade compliance (UK & EU). Degree in Trade, Supply Chain, Business or Law preferred, trade certifications a plus.
