HR Project Specialist – Chester

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for delivering impactful pension projects? We’re looking for a skilled and driven HR Project Specialist (Pensions) to join our Chester based client and play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic pension initiatives.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead and support a range of HR pension‑related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders, and provide expert guidance on pension schemes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of pension projects, including implementation, change management, and process improvements
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on pension schemes, policies, and compliance
  • Partner with HR, finance, and external providers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Analyse data and provide insights to support decision‑making
  • Ensure all pension activities comply with current legislation and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in HR project management, ideally with a focus on pensions
  • Strong knowledge of pension schemes and relevant regulations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
