CRM Coordinator (Maternity Cover – 12 Month FTC) at Village

More Than a Job, It’s a Movement!

Are you ready to join a place where your unique spark is celebrated, and teams are encouraged to make a difference every single day?

We’re not corporate. We’re not stuffy. We’re a Village. Right now, we’re looking for an organised, solutions-focused CRM Coordinator to join us on a 12-month fixed‑term contract. You will play a vital role in executing and optimising the way we connect with our customers, bringing our digital communications to life.

The Role: Your Contribution to the Village

Reporting directly to our CRM Manager, you’ll be the hands‑on engine supporting our day‑to‑day customer communications across both our hotels and leisure clubs. With a keen focus on revenue generation, customer engagement, and lifetime value, you will help execute targeted, data‑led campaigns and automated journeys.

The ‘bones’ of what you’ll be doing are about:

  • The Campaign Builder: Working with the brand marketing teams to build and deploy core customer communications (email, SMS, WhatsApp, and app notifications) that perfectly align with our commercial plans.
  • The Journey Optimiser: Supporting the setup of automated workflows to drive acquisition and retention, while building and troubleshooting responsive HTML email templates.
  • The Performance Tracker: Monitoring vital campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion) and supporting the execution of a robust testing programme to continuously improve our messaging.
  • The Collaborative Link: Partnering with creative and brand teams to provide clear asset briefs, ensuring every send is on‑brand, approved, and executed to agreed deadlines.
  • The Quality Guardian: Ensuring meticulous QA for accuracy, links, and personalisation. You will champion GDPR compliance and monitor our CRM systems for deliverability issues, raising tickets with partners when necessary.

Our Mantra: It Takes a Village

This isn’t just a saying: it’s how we operate. We believe that the best hospitality and the most exceptional experiences come from a collective effort.

  • You’re Not Just a Number: You’ll have the space to flex both your creativity and your technical problem‑solving skills, with a direct hand in shaping our customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: You will be a vital, cross‑departmental player, working closely with our Marketing Director, CRM Manager, and wider brand teams to ensure our messaging hits the mark.
  • A Culture of Care: We support each other. Your well‑being matters as much as the guest experience.
  • Diversity is Our Strength: We welcome all backgrounds and perspectives because it makes our Village richer.

The Village Perks: What’s In It For You?

We’re in the people business, and that includes our own team. We offer:

  • Real Growth Trajectory: A highly supportive environment with the chance to eagerly learn, develop, and grow your skills within marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • A Package that Cares: A competitive salary for this 12‑month FTC, great benefits, and complimentary access to our Leisure Club and Gym.
  • Unrivalled Work/Life Energy: We’re serious about your time off and providing a schedule that allows you to recharge.

Ready to Join Village as our CRM Coordinator?

If you’re a team player with a passion for marketing, creative copywriting, and flawless customer journeys, we want to hear from you.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • CRM Fundamentals: A solid understanding of CRM and email marketing principles, coupled with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop.
  • Technical Curiosity: Experience or exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly preferred. Basic HTML knowledge and experience with dynamic content or testing platforms (like Litmus) are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional Organisation: Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills. You are comfortable juggling multiple campaigns, deadlines, and system processes without missing a beat.
  • A Passion for Best Practice: A keen eye for competitor activity, a solid grasp of email best practices, and an understanding of GDPR compliance.

Compensation: To be discussed
