Responsibilities
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded through seamless service delivery as part of a food & beverage team.
- Flexibly manage all food & beverage areas, including restaurant, bar, room service, al fresco dining, lounge, and afternoon tea.
- Support weddings and special events.
- Maintain high standards of service and uphold the establishment’s reputation.
Qualifications
- Experience within a food & beverage environment with strong food and drink knowledge.
- Confidence to manage a team.
- Customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for excellence, a can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
