Quantity Surveyor – Leicester

The Role

• Own all commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects.
• Lead monthly CVRs, forecasting, cashflows, and cost‑to‑complete reporting.
• Manage procurement, tendering, and supply chain selection.
• Oversee subcontractor valuations, payments, and contract compliance.
• Prepare and agree client valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Maintain strong commercial controls, risk registers, and audit trails.
• Support project teams to maximise efficiency and profitability.

What You Bring

• BSc or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong experience in housing, cladding remediation, retrofit, or planned works would be beneficial.
• Skilled in pricing models, Microsoft Office, COINS, and C‑Link.
• Commercially sharp, proactive, and solutions‑focused.
• Excellent communicator with integrity, resilience, and a “can‑do” mindset.
