HVAC Contract Manager

Salary: £52,000

Role Overview

The HVAC Contract Manager is responsible for managing HVAC contracts across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and profitable delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• As HVAC Contract Manager, hold full P&L responsibility including WIP, debt, and profitability
• Manage delivery of PPM and reactive works across sites
• Ensure SLAs & KPIs are met and improved
• Lead and support mobile engineering teams
• Build strong client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships
• Ensure compliance with H&S and statutory requirements
• Monitor contract performance and report monthly
• Identify cost savings and revenue opportunities expected of an HVAC Contract Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar HVAC Contract Manager role (FM / Building Services)
• Strong HVAC technical background
• NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration or equivalent
• Good knowledge of H&S and building services legislation
• Experience with CAFM systems
• Full UK driving licence
