Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for on-site installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of damper control systems. The role involves diagnosing system issues, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring efficient system functionality. Additionally, the Field Services Engineer will engage directly with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal equipment operation and system reliability.
- Electrical qualifications essential and or HND
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage client expectations, and build positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently while managing tasks in a remote work setting.
- Knowledge of control panels or damper monitoring solutions is a plus.
- Technical diploma, associate’s degree, or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required for support and installations.
