MMARAP is a CIC using mixed martial arts, mentoring and experience-led activities such as charity skydives to engage and support individuals from diverse backgrounds. We work across sport to community development, while building partnerships with charities to corporate businesses.

You’ll be providing guidance and reassurance for other team members (which we will be grateful for!) and, importantly, you’ll be enabling Directors to spend more time drawing on their professional skills and personal experiences to create and deliver new services.
Ultimately, you will be helping a social enterprise to succeed in its development stages and collectively achieve our goal to support more young people who are from disadvantaged backgrounds, Deaf/Blind and disabled.

We are seeking a Volunteer Commercial Manager to help MMARAP connect with brands, sponsors, and strategic partners who align with our mission and growing profile.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, commercial strategy, and purpose-led work. The role will help shape how MMARAP positions itself to companies across sectors such as sport, telecoms, health & wellbeing, lifestyle, and corporate social responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential sponsors and commercial partners
- Help develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Support outreach to brands, corporates, and community stakeholders
- Assist with partnership proposals and pitch materials
- Build and maintain a pipeline of sponsorship contacts
