We are working with a market‑leading national law firm that is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Employment Law team within their Southwest London office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a top‑ranked Employment & Pensions practice, advising employers on a range of contentious and non‑contentious employment law and HR issues. The candidate will work across matters including employment law aspects of corporate transactions and M&A, terminations & settlement agreements, diligence reviews, strategic HR advisory work, coordinating multi‑jurisdictional disclosure schedules, conducting investigations, and working on Employment Tribunal claims.
The candidate will play a key role in advising a diverse international and domestic client base on cross‑border and high‑profile employment law matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
- 5+ PQE;
- Strong background in employment law within a medium to large commercial firm;
