Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership and divisional ExCo to deliver people strategy aligned to business goals
  • Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice across complex employee matters
  • Interpret and present HR data/MI to inform decision-making and drive performance
  • Support delivery of key programmes including performance management, engagement and culture initiatives
  • Contribute to large-scale change, including M&A integration and transformation activity
  • Coach and influence senior stakeholders, challenging where appropriate to drive better outcomes
  • Work closely with Centres of Excellence (Reward, L&D, TA, ER) to deliver joined-up solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, stepping in for HR leadership where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience operating as a Senior HRBP in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance people and business priorities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, pace and shifting priorities
  • Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Experience of change, transformation and/or M&A activity
  • Solid UK employment law knowledge and ER capability
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) preferred
