About the role
Nexxen is looking for a highly motivated Senior Experiential Manager to join our Marcomm team in our London office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract basis. You’ll own key tent‑pole moments – including our presence at the 2027 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity – while identifying new opportunities to showcase Nexxen through industry events, curated client engagements, partnerships, and thought leadership. Working cross‑functionally, you will turn bold ideas into seamless, high‑impact experiences that generate qualified leads, strengthen client relationships, and position Nexxen as a leader in the market.
What you will do

- Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless project delivery
- Develop innovative, insight‑driven experiences that align with Nexxen’s strategy and client objectives
- Execute on‑site activations and troubleshoot in real time to maintain high‑quality standards
- Plan and execute flagship tent‑pole moments, including Nexxen’s presence at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity
- Identify and secure high‑impact speaking opportunities at key industry events to elevate Nexxen’s voice and thought leadership
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Proactively generate new qualified leads through experiential touch points and convert engagement into tangible commercial opportunities
What will you bring?
- 7–10 years of proven experience leading and executing high‑impact experiential marketing campaigns, ideally within media or ad tech B2B environments
- A strong track record of owning large‑scale activations such as the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to generate qualified leads, support pipeline growth, and translate brand engagement into revenue opportunities
- Experience securing and managing speaking opportunities and thought leadership placements at key industry events
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Confidence and autonomy in managing budgets, vendors, and external partners to deliver high‑quality experiences
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate strategic objectives, creative ideas and action items to senior marketing and sales management and external partners
- Proven penchant for cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, creative, sales, finance and legal teams
- Agility, adaptability and problem‑solving mentality to adjust to changing priorities, proactively identify risks to project plans and devise solutions to mitigate these risks
What benefits are there for me?

- Summer Fridays – leave at 3 pm to start your weekend early in summer
- Private healthcare for you and your family
