Plant Engineer

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Plant Engineer based in Corby. The Plant Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating plant machinery and equipment. Daily tasks include performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance. The successful candidate will also support plant operations and provide technical expertise to resolve issues quickly and effectively for minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Plant Engineering and Plant Operations
• Skills in Plant Maintenance and Troubleshooting; ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues
• Knowledge of Power Generation systems and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Relevant certifications or apprenticeship in Plant Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction or equipment hire industry is a plus
