I am hiring for Business Analyst – (ServiceNow/ITSM/Banking)

Location: Glasgow – Hybrid / 2-3 days per week in Office

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven track record of leading BA workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules.
• Advanced skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and backlog management.
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leadership teams.
