CONTRACT MANAGER (GAS)

Overview

Contract Manager (Gas) for a regional housing provider. The role is permanent with a salary circa £50k, based in Birmingham with remote working available.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing gas safety, repairs and installs
• Ensuring all relevant H&S and building regs
• Accurate data capture and reporting
• Delivery of contracts
• Leading a team of technical staff
• Working as part of the wider senior team for asset management
• Ideally you will have a HNC and experience of working for a housing provider or council.
