Salary: £45000 – £55000

Location: South East London

Region: London

As an experienced Highways Supervisor you will be working for a leading highway contractor on multiple projects across London, including reactive maintenance/repair work.

Working alongside Local Authorities and Councils, they have gained a strong reputation for local knowledge, reliability and high-quality services with a customer-focused approach.

To be suitable for the position you must have:

• Driving Licence
• CSCS (Gold card)
• SSSTS or SMSMTS
• Highways and high-speed road network experience
• NRSWA (Street works supervisory accreditation)
• Main contractor experience
• LA experience
• Strong commercial experience
• Experience of working on large-scale projects

Responsibilities:

• Site inductions and staff briefings
• Assisting in maintenance and preparation of CPP
• Monitoring progress within the agreed programme
• Monitoring risk assessments and method statements
• Monitoring resourcing levels and adjusting where necessary
