About the role
We are seeking two Operations Managers to join our Touchstone Bath team. This permanent position reports to the Portfolio Manager and offers a blend of on‑site and hybrid work. Working hours are Monday–Thursday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. After an initial training period of up to three months, the role will allow three days of hybrid work from home.
Responsibilities
- Deliver property management services for Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership properties.
- Act as the daily lead, ensuring compliance with legislation, client SLAs, and internal procedures.
- Provide high‑standard customer service and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead line‑management, conduct appraisals and develop staff performance.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and other managers to establish best practice and uniform procedures.
- Maintain a safe working environment – a basic DBS check is mandatory.
- Uphold safeguarding policies and report concerns to protect customers and colleagues.

- Knowledge of the social housing property sector.
