Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

An opportunity has arisen with a leading global construction consultancy to support a high-profile DEFRA project in Weybridge. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role suited to an experienced Project Manager with specialist expertise in containment and controlled environments.

You’ll be joining at a critical stage of the programme, taking ownership of modular delivery within a highly regulated, live operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of modular / off‑site construction packages
• Manage containment and controlled environment requirements (labs, secure or healthcare settings)
• Coordinate contractors and stakeholders within a live, operational environment
• Ensure compliance with strict regulatory, safety and security protocols
• Drive programme, risk and quality outcomes through to completion

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering containment or controlled facilities
• Strong background in modular / off‑site construction
• Experience working in live or highly regulated environments
• Comfortable operating at pace in a delivery-focused role
• Security clearance required
