This is a major opportunity for a proven ITAD sales professional to take ownership of a brand‑new division and drive serious commercial growth. We’re looking for someone who already has strong enterprise relationships, knows the ITAD market inside out, and can deliver immediate revenue impact.
You’ll be leading the expansion of our IT Asset Disposition offering — securing large‑scale contracts, building a high‑value pipeline, and positioning Equipment HQ as a go‑to ITAD partner for enterprise clients, MSPs, VARs and data centre operators.

We are expanding our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) division and are looking for a proven Senior ITAD Sales Manager to take ownership of growth, client acquisition, and market positioning. The Role
As Senior ITAD Sales Manager, you will lead sales strategy, drive new business, and build long‑term relationships with enterprise clients across finance, insurance, technology, public sector, and more. You’ll be the face of our ITAD division — identifying opportunities, winning contracts, and ensuring clients receive a best‑in‑class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and win new enterprise clients across key industries
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite and senior IT stakeholders
- Provide consultative solutions across data destruction, asset recovery, remarketing, and compliance services
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Stay up to date on ITAD regulations, environmental standards, and market trends
- Prepare high‑quality proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to wider sales strategy
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and energy.
- 5+ years’ experience in ITAD sales, ideally at senior level
- A strong existing network of enterprise clients, MSPs, VARs, and data centre operators
- Proven success winning large‑scale ITAD contracts
- Deep understanding of data destruction, asset recovery, compliance, and IT lifecycle services
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Confident presenting to C‑level stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability
- Experience selling into regulated industries (finance, insurance, public sector)
- Knowledge of data centre decommissioning and relocations
- Familiarity with GDPR, WEEE, and NIST 800‑88 standards
