Job Description
We are recruiting a Technology Business Partner to ensure awareness of technology products and services, supporting the growth of new and existing clients, driving adoption of existing solutions, providing alignment of new technology projects with expectations, and supporting issues as needed.
The Technology Business Partner is the front‑line evangelist of the Technology Solutions team and will work with assigned group(s) to support all technology‑enabling projects in their assigned practice business plans or drive innovation to help transformation.
Work Environment
This role can be based at any UK office. The standard working week is 35 hours with a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days from home. Flexible working requests are welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Ensure awareness of technology products and services and support the growth of new and existing clients.
- Drive adoption of existing solutions and provide alignment of new technology projects with expectations.
- Act as front‑line evangelist of the Technology Solutions team to support technology‑enabling projects.
- Work with Technology Delivery teams to clarify expectations, support testing and problem resolution.
- Make informed decisions about what key stakeholders or clients will find most useful, determining who to engage and how to engage them.
- Manage multiple workstreams with cross‑functional teams, including non‑technical partners.
- Demonstrate commerciality by evaluating ROI and business impact of new technology innovations.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a similar Technology Business Partner, Technology Change or Product Solutions role, supporting use of current technology solutions and driving innovation within practice groups and for clients.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship skills with a consultative / advisory style, able to adapt to different individuals/clients and influence and challenge where appropriate.
- Experience working closely with Technology Delivery teams to support projects, liaison and clarification of expectations, support testing and problem resolution.
- Ability to make informed decisions about what key stakeholders or clients will find most useful for their areas.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams with various cross‑functional teams, including non‑technical partners.
- Demonstrable commerciality – able to consider and prove return on investment and business impact of any new tech innovations.
