• You’ve brought strong experience in electro-mechanical product manufacturing.
• You’ve had a solid background in DFMA, applying it to optimise design for manufacture and assembly.
• You’ve led the complete NPI lifecycle, taking products from concept through to full production.
• You’ve gained hands-on experience transferring products from development into final assembly and pack-out (ie. PCBA).
• You’ve demonstrated excellent planning, collaboration, and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
