Deputy Manager – Children’s Assessment Home (3-Bed EBD) Hours: 40 hours per week (approx. Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour + £5.00 overtime rate Sleep-In Rate: £65 per shift We are seeking a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to join our new 3-bedroom Children’s Assessment Home . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children receive high-quality assessments to support positive outcomes. We are looking for a strong, passionate leader who is dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people. NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare ( essential ) Level 5 in Leadership & Management ( desirable or willingness to work towards ) Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in residential childcare (including supervisory responsibilities) Full UK manual driving licence Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and assessment practice.
