Hybrid (home‑based & working with Kerv Digital office/customer site visits as required), UK HQ, Seven House, 18 High Street, Longbridge, B31 2UQ.

Responsibilities

The role will involve:

  • Strong implementation background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, especially Customer Service and Field Service.
  • Hands‑on Power Platform implementation experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, model‑driven apps).
  • Pre‑sales engagement including technology evangelism, demonstration, adoption and other early opportunity activities such as bid‑response writing.
  • Stakeholder management across executive and front‑line staff.
  • Requirements gathering, writing and evolution through business‑process identification, analysis and re‑engineering.
  • Leadership of large‑scale Dynamics implementation, principally via online adoption and extensive customisation for bespoke processes.
  • Knowledge of cloud‑first architecture, migration planning and execution.
  • Technical oversight, including close review of documentation, designs and implemented solutions down to code.
  • Strong documentation skills across multiple channels.
  • Understanding of Dynamics online architecture, customisation, integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, especially Azure AD.
  • Good entity/data design foundation with MS SQL experience.
  • Understanding of source control, particularly Git.
  • Practical, hands‑on approach focused on delivering on time.
