Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, weekend availability necessary

Work Location: On the road field service in and around Northamptonshire & Milton Keynes

Responsibilities

  • Servicing and maintaining arcade machines, including carrying out preventative maintenance, testing for all game types and completing service call logs.
  • Perform monetary collections where required and handle cash responsibly according to BNAE standards.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with your Regional Service Manager and Supervisor, working to the rota produced by them on a monthly basis.
  • Keep organized with administrative tasks and maintain effective communication via email and other platforms.
  • Build rapport with site staff and managers, and continue to develop the company’s business with existing major customers and future prospects.
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties reasonably requested by your Regional Manager or Supervisor.
