Overview

Talent Acquisition Manager – Technology at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). Joining as a Production Co-Ordinator on an initial 6 month contract for one of ITG’s biggest retail clients, you’ll support the onboarding of new categories into the client’s Food digital catalogue. You will collaborate across new categories to ensure they are prepared for a successful launch, engaging with various teams and departments to align objectives and streamline the onboarding process. The role is admin heavy and requires excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ordering food product samples to be photographed
  • Reviewing, renaming, resizing and uploading packshot files to the image library across several categories
  • Setting up products on the product platform, ready to surface online
  • Ensuring timings are adhered to
  • Managing sign offs and approvals of images
  • Updating all relevant trackers on a daily and weekly basis

Requirements

  • Stakeholder management & strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational, planning and attention to detail
  • Initiative, able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Strong ability to problem solve and recommend solutions
  • Ability to cope well in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at any one time
