Choice is seeking a Corporate Services Officer on a temporary basis. This person will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of corporate services across the organisation, with a particular focus on managing and resolving formal complaints.

This role combines complaint investigation and resolution with broader responsibilities in communications, event coordination, and corporate governance. The CSO is responsible for handling sensitive issues, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, and contributing to the organisations public image and engagement activities.
