Co-Director (Scottish BPOC Writers Network)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative Co-Director to join our team!

This role involves:

• Co-curation and arts programming
• Literary events management
• Creative thinking and innovation
• Community development and engagement
• Editorial work and partnership relationships
• Project management and reporting

Contract Duration: July 2026 to March 2028, earliest start date 6 July.

Fee: £1,400 per month (£28 per hour x 50 hours per month, paid monthly on receipt of invoice)
