Installation Planner

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Subscriber Installation Planner to support our installation operations. You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, keeping appointments on track, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Plan and schedule installation workloads to maximise efficiency
• Coordinate appointments and support customer bookings
• Work closely with Field Line Managers to resolve scheduling issuesProvide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
• Help identify and resolve potential issues before they impact service
