Looking for a genuinely strong Microsoft Modern Workplace & Security Engineer who wants to work across complex customer environments, influence technical direction, and operate as a trusted technical advisor.

This is a hands‑on senior engineering role with a strong focus on:

• Microsoft 365 architecture & optimisation
• Entra ID & Conditional Access
• Intune & Endpoint Management
• Microsoft Security stack (Defender / Purview / Sentinel)
• Zero Trust & secure design principles
• Tenant remediation & standardisation
• Copilot, SharePoint & collaboration tooling
• PowerShell & automation
• Customer‑facing consulting & technical leadership

You’ll be:

• Leading complex technical projects & escalations
• Designing secure Microsoft environments
• Improving engineering standards & service quality
• Mentoring engineers & sharing best practice
• Supporting migrations & modern workplace transformations
• Working directly with customers at both business & technical levels

Ideal background:

• Strong Microsoft 365 engineering experience
• Entra ID / Intune / Endpoint Security expertise
• Experience in MSP or multi‑customer environments
• Microsoft security tooling experience
• Comfortable leading conversations with customers
• MS102 / MD102 / SC / AZ certifications highly desirable
